What to include
To help us respond quickly, please tell us:
- What you were doing — which tool or page, and what you expected to happen.
- What actually happened — error messages, wrong results, or broken links.
- Your device and browser — helps us reproduce issues.
Report a bug or correction
If a calculator gives a wrong answer, or a guide contains outdated or incorrect information, please let us know. Include the specific tool or page and the details. We take accuracy seriously and update content when we're shown something is wrong.
Suggest a tool
Have an idea for a calculator or guide that would help students? Send it over. We can't promise to build everything, but we read every message and prioritise what students actually ask for.
Response time
We aim to reply within a few days. Please note we don't offer one-to-one tutoring or personalised grade advice — for that, talk to your school, college, or university.
